**Trail Alert** – Logging operations will begin on July 15th in the Sawyer County Forest near Makwa, specifically in the Thannum Fire Lane area. While the trail will remain open, please exercise caution when riding in that section. You may encounter some brush on the trail, and heavy equipment has crossed it, so be prepared to slow down. All other trails are currently open, and conditions for riding are excellent! However, please be mindful of any downed trees and large sticks that may be present due to strong winds and recent weather. If you come across any downed trees, report them to the trail crew through a TrailForks report.
