Overview

Rising above the west bank of the Arkansas River, River Parks Turkey Mountain is an untamed oasis in the heart of the city. Encompassing over 750 rugged acres, the park's thick canopy of native trees watch over winding trails, serene ponds, and ancient boulders. The park allows hiking, mountain biking, and trail running on over 50 miles of trail. 9 dedicated downhill mountain bike-only trails are open as weather conditions permit. No OHV, edirt bikes, or ATVs are permitted.

Weather Policy

Dirt Trails are closed when they are muddy. The paved trails are usually always open to hiking and biking (unless icy) and the gravel pedestrian trail is usually always open to pedestrian traffic. Downhill MTB and Jump Lines are closed when muddy and usually take longer to dry out than the cross-country trails

E-bike Policy

Class 1 and 2 peddle assist e-bikes permitted. One Wheels permitted. E-Dirt bikes and Class III prohibited.
