Trail in good condition - mowed/trimmed 6/5 and also cleared a path at the top of the berm to bypass the fence. If going CCW you'll take the bypass and follow right until past the fence. There's a path mowed for you to then drop down to the outer loop and continue. Could use a volunteer to further clear it down to dirt (and bench cut it for extra credit).
