Heavy snowshoe traffic has done an excellent job creating a tread on many of the core trails. Smaller trails (NIMBY cluster, Merritt Creek, etc) have had less traffic and are still quite soft. More snowshoe traffic is greatly appreciated! Please walk wide to create the best surface for grooming. As a reminder: Please lower your tire pressure if you’re leaving deep tracks or ruts and bail out if you’re sinking in or leaving foot prints when hiking without snowshoes. Breaking through the surface messes up the trail for everyone!
