The trail is open. Please use extreme caution as much of the race loop (photo below) is routed backwards from the normal flow. The course jumps around a bit and doesn't make it easy to just reverse the direction. With that said, Saturday 9/6 through race day 9/14, THE TRAIL WILL BE REVERSE DIRECTION- EXCEPT FOR THE WEST TRAIL! As always, there will be many who are new, or stupid, or just lazy and don't check here for updates! That means IT'S UP TO YOU TO RIDE SAFE AND HELP SPREAD THE WORD! SO, WHILE IT'S REVERSED, IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YIELD TO RIDERS TRAVELING THE NORMAL DIRECTION! We need to do everything we can to ensure everyone's safety so we can continue to have fun things like this race in the future. So, once again, PLEASE RIDE SAFE AND BE CONSIDERATE OF THOSE WITH LESS EXPERIENCE AND/OR KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRAIL THAN YOU!

Overview

Just under 12 miles of trail with more coming soon. Land Owner is OKC Parks, natural surface trail managed by OMBA. Tight and twisty single track consisting primarily of hard pack. Expect drops, roots, tight turns, drop-ins and bridges. The natural surface trail is designated multi-use so watch for hikers and trail runners. Cyclist should call out "rider back" and hikers/trail runners should heed trail when safe. Please limit use of headphones or keep the volume low enough that you can hear other trail users. The trail should never be ridden when wet.
