Overview
The mountain bike trails at Theo are managed by two different organizations, the Loppet Foundation and Minneapolis Off-Road Cycling Advocates (MOCA/MORC). MOCA manages North Loop, South Loop, Glenwood, Southwest Wirth, and Brownie Trails.
