Minnesota Off-Road Cyclists (MORC)
Trail Systems (19)
Battle Creek
Bertram Chain of Lakes
The trail has dried out enough to ride after the constant rainstorms coming through (including this morning). However there is quite a bit of debris and possibly downed trees/branches on the trail. Use caution if you ride. Trail work this week will be on Wednesday at 5:30pm, meeting by the container adjacent to the entrance of the park. Please consider coming out to help maintain the trails you ride, thank you.
Braemar Trails
Trails should be OK by now. Most gates should be open, otherwise please help yourself. Report any issues here.
Carver Lake Park
Back open. The sagging bridge in the section called Shore Shimmy has been repaired. Trail work on Wednesday night will focus on trimming and tread repairs. Some spots are getting a bit thick with vegetation. Have fun out there!
Cottage Grove Bike Park
Things are open and dry but in rough shape due to the rain. Please consider coming to dig night on Wednesday, July 2nd. 5pm until dark!
Elm Creek
More rain overnight. Not looking very good for this weekend. I would consider looking for some trails elsewhere.
Hillside Park
Should be good by now. Please report any downed trees via Trailbot or email me at HillsideMTBPark@gmail.com. Try to include a picture of the tree and a screenshot of the location on TrailForks or Strava. Trei work is Monday night 6 to 8 PM. Meet at the shipping container in the South Prairie at 6 PM.
Ki-Chi-Saga Park Singletrack
Closed due to the rain
Lake Rebecca
Rainy day. Gates CLOSED. Thank you for staying off of muddy trails!

Lebanon Hills
Leb is open. Look out for slick spots and branches or trees. Also weekend openings sometimes miss one or more of the trail gates. Be careful not to slam into one of the Galaxie side trail gates. Sounds dumb but it's happened more than once.

Lone Lake Park
Fallen trees and larger branches cleared from the trail. Now we’re awaiting to see what the Monday morning rains bring. Check back here tomorrow for an update.
Minnesota River Trail
Tonight MORC and BORCA teamed up with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife to complete a new trail entrance to the Minnesota River Bottoms at the Ferry Trailhead in Bloomington. This reroute eliminates the old gravel hill and provides a more sustainable and enjoyable access point for riders. Special thanks to the Braemar trail crew members who showed up to lend a hand. This collaborative effort highlights the strength of our trail community and the value of partnerships that improve rider experience and protect natural resources.
Monarch Singletrack
Murphy Hanrehan
Open. Watch out for soft corners and be on the lookout for fallen trees. Please report any obstructions with the Trailbot app.
Rice Creek Chain of Lakes
Rice Creek section is open but Sherman is still closed. The renegade trails near Rice are in good shape less the section across from Rice. The trails between the golf course and boat ramp are greasy and need more time. New features in Rice are riding awesome!
Salem Hills
Sunfish Lake Park
Terrace Oaks
After discussing everything with the city they have asked me to close the trail until they have time to come out and clear the trees. It sounds like they will be out sometime early next week to clear them.
Theodore Wirth: MOCA/MORC Trails
Trying this again. All closed. Mucho rain over the weekend and more last night. Whatever source TB uses for rainfall is incorrect. Open gates do not mean an open trail. Always check Trailbot.
