Hickory Ridge

ATTENTION! This weekend is Wisconsin's Youth Gun Deer Hunt. Hickory Ridge is in the Chippewa County Forest so there most likely be hunters out and about. If you do decide to use the trails at Hickory Ridge, make sure to wear blaze orange for your safety. Thank you.

Trails are currently in great shape! The freequent rain has kept the sand at bay and the trails are riding really well right now. Thanks to our volunteers who have been clearing trees and brush!

Riding well! Leaves are starting to fall. The canopy is primarily green but the trail tread is covered in yellow/orange/brown hues!! Enjoy this cool fall weather out on trail.

Pipestone Quarry

We had a great volunteer work day on Oct. 4. Trails are trimmed, leaves blown off and the boardwalk on Quarry is now as good as new! Come ride before more leaves fall!

Silver Creek Trails

Now that the vegetation is dying off, the trails can be explored by more adventurous riders. Some trails will be better than others, and they will be leafy. Please report the location of any downed trees. The wider county forest paths have also been mowed, and can be explored. It is a good idea to wear bright colors as there may be hunters in the woods, including during the youth gun hunt Oct. 11-12.
